1. Who provides the service

This website is owned and operated by Haggai Ghelef, trading as Thailand Navigator IL, under the brand ThaiTripISR ("we", "us", "the provider", "the seller"). By using the website and our services you enter into an agreement directly with the business owner and agree to these terms.

2. Description of the service

Thailand Navigator IL operates online itinerary-planning software (SaaS) that generates digital, day-by-day Thailand itineraries and informational travel content. The user enters dates, budget and preferences, and the software generates a personalized digital itinerary together with informational content and recommendations (accommodation, transport, kosher food, Shabbat, visas, safety) and community content. We sell access to the software and itinerary generations only — not travel bookings or reservations.

3. Nature of the product — software only

ThaiTripISR is an online software application (SaaS) that generates personalized digital itineraries from the data the user enters. Payment on this website is for access to the software and digital itinerary generations only.

We are not a travel agency, travel agent, tour operator, booking service, or provider of transport or accommodation. We do not sell, book, reserve or intermediate flights, hotels, tickets, tours, transfers, travel insurance or any other travel services. Any mention of a third-party provider is informational only and does not constitute a booking, a reservation, or any commitment as to availability, price or quality. All bookings are made by the user directly with the relevant providers, at the user's own risk and subject to those providers' terms.

AI-generated content: itineraries and information are produced by software and AI models and may contain inaccuracies or outdated information. Time-sensitive information — opening hours, prices, schedules, availability, visas, health and safety — must be independently verified before you rely on it. The service does not constitute legal, medical, insurance or financial advice.

4. Delivery of the service

• Itinerary packages: immediate digital delivery inside your account. An itinerary is generated within 1–3 minutes of submitting your trip details and can be viewed, saved and downloaded.
• Advanced software package (₪149): one-time charge. Access opens immediately after payment is confirmed and includes 10 itinerary generations, advanced generation features, and 180 days of access to the software content.

5. Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate details (dates, budget, preferences) so the itinerary can be tailored.
• Independently verify critical information: flights, visas, insurance, health and safety.
• Make all actual bookings (flights, accommodation, tickets) with the relevant providers.
• Keep account credentials confidential and use purchased content for personal use only.

6. User account

You must be over 18 years of age and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account.

7. Prohibited use

The service must not be used for:

• Unlawful activity, fraud or spam
• Infringement of intellectual property rights
• Hacking attempts, security probing or distribution of malware
• Automated scraping or redistribution of application content

8. Intellectual property

All rights in the service, including content, code, design and trademarks, are reserved to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you purchased.

9. Payments and subscriptions

All prices on the website are stated in Israeli New Shekels (₪) and include all applicable taxes. One-time packages are charged once and do not renew automatically. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and can be cancelled by the customer at any time.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payments are therefore processed by Paddle.com, which acts as Merchant of Record for transactions processed through Paddle and handles customer service inquiries and refunds. For the full purchase terms see the Paddle Buyer Terms. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

10. Suspension and termination of access

We may suspend or terminate access in cases of material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated violations of these terms.

11. Limited warranty and liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free availability. Information and itineraries generated by AI are recommendations only — it is your responsibility to verify critical information (flights, visas, safety) with official sources. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Israeli law. The competent courts of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.
